The Registered Nurse (RN) Provides skilled nursing car.e to clients in their homes under physician’s orders, ensuring high quality, safe, and compassionate care.
-Reports to : Director of Nursing / Administrator
Key Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive nursing assessments and develop individualized care plans.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
Supervise and evaluate LPNs, CNAs, and HHAs.
Educate clients and families on disease management and home care techniques.
Document care accurately and timely per agency policy.
Communicate with physicians, case managers, and interdisciplinary team members.
Respond to emergencies and report changes in client condition promptly.
Qualifications:
• Current RN license in the state of Kansas.
• Minimum 1 year of clinical experience (home health preferred).
• Strong assessment and communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
