The Home Health Aide (HHA) / experienced caregiver Provides personal care and assistance with activities of daily living to clients in their homes under the supervision of a licensed nurse.

-Reports to : RN / LPN Supervisor

Key Responsibilities

• Assist clients with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.

• Perform light housekeeping and meal preparation as directed in the care plan.

• Measure and record vital signs as instructed.

• Observe and report client changes or concerns to the supervising nurse.

• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.

Qualifications

• Current Kansas CNA certification.

• Prior home care experience preferred.

• Compassionate, reliable, and able to maintain confidentiality.

• Valid driver’s license or dependable transportation
